Lone Worker Devices for High-Risk Environments
The lone worker feature requires the radio user to press the PTT button on the side of the radio at pre-determined intervals. If the radio user does not check in at the expected time, they are initially reminded with a pre alarm warning. If this pre alarm warning is not acknowledged by pressing the PTT button, an emergency alarm will alert their colleagues or controller.
This alarm can be configured in the form of a prerecorded voice message, text or audible alarm.
